Fiesta CRS function is a multi-brand and multi-property booking engine that can be managed centrally. The system captures reservation from individual guests and corporate clients. Through central reservations management, the hotel company is able to manage loyalty, online travel agencies, GDS, payment gateways, revenue, and yield for several properties. This is critical for developing and maintaining a brand/chain. Guests are able to view available rate plans for various types of rooms and other relevant information about the property.

A web-based Central Reservation System - fiesta CRS - can be used to receive reservations on-line. It can be used by a group of hotels to centralize their sales & reservation functions as well as offered as a value added service by an independent operator to different hotels.
